Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original condition
Original packaging must be included
A receipt or order confirmation is required

How to Make a Return
Contact us at Nes.engineering@outlook.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Exceptions
Custom-made or specially ordered products cannot be returned.
